My background sits between product, technology and organisational behaviour. I have worked on AI products, built software and automations, and worked with teams changing how their work gets done.

I work directly with organisations from identifying the opportunity through to implementation and measurement, and coach individuals who want to get materially better at working with AI on their own terms.
